Insurance is an important part of our lives.
We have listed some important auto insurance
FAQS in a Question and Answer format to
help you answer some of the most common questions.
Please feel free to call us with any questions that
you may have regarding SR22 or DUI insurance filings
in California.
What is an SR-22?
An SR-22 is a Certificate of Financial Responsibility
required by the state of California and provided
by your auto insurance company that verifies that
you have auto insurance liability coverage.
Do I need an SR-22?
It is mandated by the court for certain driving-related
violations. Examples include: DUI convictions, reckless
driving, or accidents while driving without auto
insurance.
How do I obtain an SR-22?
If you are not currently insured with All Access

by obtaining a free quote online or call and speak
to one of our representatives and make sure you
mention that you require an SR22 filing. After you
purchase a policy, we will issue and notify the
DMV on your behalf.
If you are currently insured with All Access
Insurance Services, LLC and need a SR-22, please
contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-808-2695
for further assistance. One of our professional
insurance agents will review your policy and file
the certificate with the DMV. We'll make it a hassle-free
process for you.
Is there a fee associated
with an SR-22?
Depending on the insurance company, the fee varies
from $0 to $25. The filing fee is a one time
charge that you will need to pay when we file the
SR-22. You will not have to pay the filing fee when
you renew your policy. The only time you will have
to pay the fee again, is if you allow your policy
to lapse and we have to re-file the SR-22.
How long do I have to carry
the SR-22?
As long as the courts require you to carry an SR22
filing, we will provide them with the certificate.
Failure to maintain continuous coverage could cause
you to lose your driving privileges.
